Attractive design and good use of natural light make Keever Winery a delightful place to visit. Well thought out wine production facilities means the winery functions with a minimum amount of effort. Wineries built at the turn of the 20th century utilized gravity for wine production. This same
principle was used in the design of this winery. Grapes are forklifted
up to the mezzanine above for pressing and gravity fed down to the
fermentation tanks below.
